Are minors accepted?

We do not accept minors who are not accompanied by an adult.

Do you accept CAF vouchers?

No, we do not have CAF approval, please call the telephone number indicated on the VACAF website to reach the provider who is mentioned and who has the approval.

Is your campsite accessible to disabled people?

The campsite is equipped with a mobile home for disabled as well as sanitary near the reception.

Can we put an extra tent next to the chalet or mobile home?

It is possible to put an extra tent next to the chalet or mobile home, for a daily supplement and provided that the maximum capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded.

Does my baby count as a participant?

A baby counts as a participant.

What are the days of arrival and departure?

In season (from mid-June to early September), arrivals are from Saturday to Saturday for rentals. Before and after, you can arrive and leave on the day you want (minimum 2 nights).

What are the opening dates of the campsite?

The campsite is open from the beginning of April to the end of September.

When will I receive the booking confirmation?

When will I receive the booking confirmation?
Once we have received the commitment and the deposit, you will receive a confirmation with the remaining amount. Upon payment of the balance (requested one month before the arrival date) you will receive the voucher to be given to us on arrival.

What is a pre-booking?

A pre-reservation or option is a reservation that has not been confirmed; it consists in blocking a stay until you receive the contract of engagement which recapitulates the dates and the chosen category. You have 6 days to confirm it by sending us back the contract and its deposit.You can also book directly by internet and pay the deposit by credit card.

How can I find out what is going on in and around the campsite?

The campsite has set up an application that allows you in one click to know from your phone or tablet, all the services and shops of the campsite with their schedules, the sports activities of the day, the entertainment program, the evening show, the market days, the possible excursions and information about your stay (various formalities, departure time... etc). Codes will be given to you on the day of arrival when you check in at the reception.

Can I reserve a cot and / or a baby chair?

Yes, you can reserve a baby cot and/or baby chair at an extra charge of 31.50 Euros per week.

Can I book and rent sheets?

Yes, you can rent fabric sheets and towel kits during your Fast check-in or at the campsite reception:

  • 1 person kit: 12€
  • 2 persons kit: 18€
  • 4 persons kit: 30€
  • 6 persons kit: 45€
Are animals and N.A.C. (New Pets) allowed?

Animals are accepted free of charge within the campsite, only one per accommodation and of small size. They must be kept on a leash, tattooed and with an up-to-date vaccination book (antirabies), and relieve themselves outside the campsite. 1st and 2nd category dogs are strictly forbidden within the campsite. N.A.C.s (New pets) are not allowed either.

Are barbecues allowed?

Only gas barbecues are allowed ( for rent at the grocery store); Collective barbecues are at your disposal in the campsite. You have to bring your own grill.

Is there wifi on the campsite?

Wifi is free at the bar/restaurant (limited time) and charged on the pitches (secure payment). It is an independent provider of the campsite, the rates are displayed at the reception.

Is there television in the mobile homes?

There is a television in all mobile homes and chalets booked directly by the campsite. It is free of charge.

Are there supermarkets / shops nearby?

There is a mini-market in the campsite as well as a U Express 300 m away.

When do I get my deposit back?

If it is a credit card deposit, it is destroyed after checking your mobile home. The mobile home is always checked before and after your departure. There is no inventory of fixtures made with you. You will receive within 48 hours, an email with your invoice and a note indicating that your deposit has been destroyed.
For checks, they will be returned by mail with your invoice.

Is the cleaning included?

No, cleaning is at an additional cost of 70 Euros.
